Oh dear. The future does worry me though. Could this be what we are looking at in 10-20 years? Anything is possible with how technology is moving....

If technology keeps improving, soon everybody will be out of work which then means no one has spare money to spend in the economy and then what?

Society will change in order to adapt.
It can work if the rewards are shared around more. I see some type of minimum income guarantee in the future, but that's a fair way off.

Id be more worried if I was a firefighter I think. That doesn't mean firefighters have anything to worry about. What it does mean is despite their claims about it being so many times faster than humans we still have absolutely nothing to worry about.
That heap of shit thing otherwise known as the Karcher has been out for 10 years now. Anyone had to concede defeat and acknowledge they've been put out of business because of them?

The engineering business we have in Basingstoke is doing quite well now, so if push does come to a shove ill sell up and go back into engineering.

Iv been using my karcher recently and it’s fantastic- it’s sucks up all the condensation of my van windscreen. I used to do it with a cloth and leave smears :'(

The only way that'll put you out of business is if you use it!

If I see another WC with one, I'll borrow my mates drone and shoot it down😁

Def nothing to worry about , the hose required to get a decent flow at any height , let alone 15 stories high would be too heavy for it to lift and the jet reaction would send it flying backwards . ;D

I remember in the 1970’s a news report on the bbc showing a silicone coating being applied to windows and they would never need cleaning again! I fretted about it for a while and then got on with my life 😂

Some of my customers cancelled my services back then because of that stuff only to resume my services again after trying it. The unforeseen problem with super slippery windows was that when bird poop hit it, instead of bouncing off it, it splattered and slid all the way down the window making an even bigger mess. I remember laughing when a customer told me and sighing with relief.
