Had no refund from the bloke on my Gunslinger dozens of texts and emails with no reply from him,this bloke-company do NOT do refunds be aware.

I can't see the gunslinger being any good for the UK Market to be honest.
Doesn't suprise me on their non communication.

Are you in some Of the Facebook window cleaning groups? He is on there all the time. He does seem like a decent guy from what I’ve seen to be honest. Could be just poor with clerical work.

He seems a good bloke you don’t know him then m8 I’ve spoken to the bloke on the phone sent so many texts and emails to him,you speak to him he’s like a politician he never answered my questions about a refund, all I got in probably the second point of contact was we don’t do refunds. He seems like a really approachable guy in his videos but if you buy from him and have problems you’ll hear nothing,that gunslinger doesn’t even retain water within it if you want a constantly wet leg but 1. I said I would like my money back please he just said put a sponge in the bottom of it problem solved,I said no I’d like my money back he said we don’t do refunds but please tell us how it can be improved lol complete Idiot.

Says on there website "no more wet leg" so it's either faulty or he's making false claims. Personally I'd just stick with the Unger bucket on a belt than buying american junk with there "gunslingers" and "six shooters"

I tried the other 1 he sent and it leaked worse than the first,like I say constantly tried to contact him and in the end just simply said we never do refunds,that must go for all there poles brushes etc so I would warn everyone not to buy from him- them.

He comes across as "dodgy as". I always thought so. Away with the fairies.

If you posted that on the Facebook groups I’m sure you would get it resolved though. A bad name spreads like wild fire on their.

Hi, contact Dave Kemp, his on facebook , based in Leeds, im sure he sells / deals for Perry Tait / Reach - it poles, you maybe able to return it to him and get an exchange for one thats ok...not sure of the refund

Watch all the you tube reviews, they all say the same and to stick a sponge in to solve the issue. So I think people may be aware, so selling them shouldn't be a problem

Incorrect people were not aware of this problem until it was highlighted by me and about 4-5 other people,he told me it’s a problem but just stick a sponge in it. I said I would please like my money back and his reply was we don’t do refunds end of.

Nobody got their payments for non delivered computers they bought refunded. The business collapsed and a destitute Perry somehow managed to find the capital to invest in another business and another business.
What's Perrys real name? Michael Maait?
Unfortunately for him he has too much history to ever become a force in window cleaning in the UK. He has a better representation in the States. I'm not sure how successful he is in Oz or NZ tbh. He has a few faithful followers and he has a couple of good ideas, but overall, his prices for what he delivers are way out of line to what us plebs see and good economic value.
