It's not vertigo. Your muscles are pinching nerves in your neck. See a ports injury guy to relieve it. A couple of sessions should sort it. Then stretch every day or it will return. Very unpleasant and quite scary until you realise it's the job.

I’ve been suffering with Vertigo for a couple of weeks but mine stems from a problem with inner ear pressure.

It’s horrid, hope it clears off soon. Have been referred to the ENT specialist but it’s an 8 weeks wait just for a initial appointment.  >:(

I suffered with Vertigo for years and it is not a nice condition.  It ranged from  being affected for a couple of minutes up to 9 full days once.  After years of treatment, scans, manoeuvres to move crystals etc etc I was referred to a hearing specialist mate of my GP who said after many tests I think it is a form of migraine.  I want you try eradicating caffeine for a while.  .  I never really drank a lot of coffee but was amazed to find out there was tonnes of caffeine in the tea I drank (10+ Cups a day). So I switched to Yorkshire Decaf, that was nearly 4 years ago and I have never had an attack since.  It may be coincidence? but try it!
