gardiners are great i have dealt with them a lot , also facelift do a pole which i have just bought they start at 18ft i think and then you just add sections as you go along mine is currently 30ft but you can add and take away sections which means you in effect only need 1 pole
obviously the pole is dearer but thats the choice you make

Although 400 litres would be enough on most days, I have used as much as 700 litres in a day before on an exceptional job.  Depending on your van payload, it may pay you to go a bit bigger.
I can't really comment on Ionics poles.  I do have their small pole (2 x 2 foot) and it seems OK (wish they'd use smaller jets as standard though).  However, I found I needed something a bit longer for some ground floor work so I got an Omnipole 2 x 3 ft.  As a result, my Ionics minipole is little used and I keep it handy as a back-up.  For my longer poles I have used Omnipole.  Their products seem fine.  Can't comment on the Gardiner poles as I've never used them.  A lot of people on here are happy with their poles so I guess they must be fine too.
