i have just got what i think to be all i need but then i was posed with a question of gauge sizes used throughout the system .
changing the gauge sizes of pipework would effect pressure.
At present i have normal hosepipe gauge hose and although not put together insitu yet all has connectors to fit so.
but on my poles smaller gauge pipe is used as are the aluminium connectors.
I have heard of microbore hose mentioned often what is it?
can anyone please advice me .

Hi,
Don't owrry, you can you standard garden hose as long as you keep the hose the same all the way from the pump to the pole, the connector on the pole will be a hozelock size and the small pipe leading up the pole is purely for weight and convenience.
You will only encounter problems if you have different size hoses along the way.
i.e. hozelock - microbore - hozelock as this will build up pressure and effect your varistream.
best wishes,
