You were coming to see me at my office on Friday but I have now decided to go to the cleaning show and will be going up on Friday.

You are more than welcome to come another time that works for you. If you are going to the show I will look forward to meeting you there.

Maybe you could give him your mobile number? Then he could text you to cancel instead of putting a post on here in the hope you see it?
