Hi
Cleaned a carpet 2 days ago and customer rang telling me there was a white type of mould on the carpet, does anybody know the best way to tackle mould after cleaning? The carpet is on a concrete floor

Chances are because it is on concrete it could be just efflorescence.  If it is, either you do it or ask her to just hoover it dry.
