Title: Conservatory ladders
Post by: Steve H on July 31, 2018, 10:23:08 pm
Does anyone own/use a set of ladders for climbing onto (cleaning) conservatory roofs. Im doing more of this work and have managed so far but the current job i have taken on is a big conservatory, need to get to the top of the roof to clean all the green off the frames. etc.
I have googled it, so have an idea but wondered if anyone has used a  particular company to buy a set of these ladders or if they are a waste of time/any alternatives.
Thanks in advance guys.

If you do a search "conservatory roof ladders" you will find the subject has been discussed several times over the years.

The way I see it is that if you and your customers are happy with the standard you achieve now, why bother unless you intend to put the price up considerably and improve the standard. If it’s just to do a better job for the same price it’s daft and you sure won’t be any quicker with conservatory ladders.

Hi Steve

We have used Easi dec conservatory ladders for sometime now and I think like all our tools they do come in handy.

We don't use on every job but there available when we want a particular part or whole of job done.

Safe as safety can be and fair price if you look about.

Hi Steve,

If it's for a punctual job our opinion is to have a material rental company so we can have the ladder ready for that particular day.

If you are aware that you are going to need the ladder for more days, the right thing to do is to get one, because it will cost you better.

If you want to buy one, look for a reliable supplier to guarantee your safety and quality (in writing).

I hope it'll help you,

Greetings!
