So, many don't agree with limiting customers options on payment to perhaps only GoCardless and that's fine.
However I've received a strange customer form back from my website. This person isn't a customer but is a neighbour of a customer going by his address. On my website I do mention payments are by direct debit. But this chap as far as I can make out is wanting a cony roof clean quote as I've not spoken to him about any of this and yet he's signed up on GoCardless (where I got his address from to see who it's from)

The fact that somebody has signed up on GoCardless before even knowing any prices. This is a customer contact form I've received today and I don't even clean his windows.
So people in the past have said you shouldn't limit your customers to one option and it would damage business growth.
Yet I've somehow got non customers signing up on GoCardless ;D ;D

yeh ive had that happen a couple of times via email.
Oddly both times they were from customers whose area i dont cover so had to cancel them both anyway
