Clean It Up

Hi
just wondered if anyone had any ideas as to the best way to clean this.
Not sure if it's greasy deposits mixed with nicotine and years of baths/showers and no cleaning.
Also the plastic disability chair thing in the bath has seen better days, stained with body scum etc, as is the bath
Is it a case of getting a scrubbing brush and a degeaser spray on it? I think the bath is plastic, or could be enamel (forgot to jot that bit down)
How on earth these kinds of deposits get on landing windows and bathroom tiles is beyond me, it's no where near the kitchen.
