Title: DRILL SMALL HOLES INTO TUBING FOR RINSE / SPRAY BAR
Post by: H MAN on June 23, 2018, 07:19:35 am
For the DIY person to make own rinse/scrubber bar.
This will show how you can drill small holes into tubing so to have a sprayer /rinse bar.
For water fed brush /scrubber.

I tried that but it didn't work too well for me as I didn't have the proper drill like you have, all I did was heat up a pin and pop it through. the holes were perfect!  But I didn't get a consistent flow through them all, the two holes at the ends were lacking in flow compared to the others.

Yep  as said in the video once you have the hole drilled.
That you might want to use something like we did. (Large Knitting Needle.)
Make it a bit bigger open it up a bit more give you a much more even flow.

Anyway for what we are using it for doesn't really matter how straight the cleaning solution  goes.
So long as there is enough to wet glass  so the use the scrubber.
