I have some rust staining on my patio  I have purchased some Oxalic. Acid  powder from eBay  any know how much  to add per Lt of water .

Google it and you should get some ratios - use warm/hot water

No good googling it, if it is an Acid Sensitive Surface is it?

Why not just use a rust remover like this one:
