How much for 3 of these in a cul de sac?4bedders (4 weekly)no connys

Great jobs these when they come around....I charge £40 and I was done in 30 mins and off to my next job.
You need to spend more time marketing if these are special jobs for you. Those are our bread and butter jobs. Drop the council estates and go canvassing/leafleting.

im not saying they are special jobs but i dont earn £40 for 30 mins work that often mate.....i dont have any council estate work....

the 3 in the cul de sac i charge £16 each for (which i think is a tad underpriced).....still managed to clean all 3 in a hour today so thats still £48 an hour every 4 weeks.... :)

But its not about how long it takes or how many i do in the area, for me I price each job as an individual job and thats a big conny with three sides to clean on a large house in a nice affluent area which no doubt has a higher council tax band for no more than being in a nice area and a good size.
Lol, though it doesnt mean i would get that price but thats what i would price it as

i know roughly how long these type of jobs take after the first cleans out of the way.im very happy with £40 for 30 mins work..they are a lovely elderly retired couple..... :)

First one £48 8 weekly
3 in the cul-de-sac without seeing the back approx £28-£30 each, 8 weekly.

Just checked to see what that apendage swinging between my legs is !!! So heres my offering.
£105 for the first job(8Weeks) + £63-55p Twice yearly for the Conny.
and £3 threepence halfpenny for the X council Squalor homes That little urban Cul-de-sac looks a druggies haven to me, would have to beef up the van security. ::)roll ::)roll ::)roll

With the conservatory roof being done that’s very reasonable , without the roof £45
