Title: Bird poope on window

Got a text from a custy saying there was bird poope on her window  ???
 But she sent me the text ten days later after they had been done  ::)roll ::)roll
What do they expect me to do after ten days ????

Deserves to be removed from the round and replaced with someone less irritating.
How did you respond to the text?

Tell her to stop feeding the birds so they dont poop on her newly cleaned windows

i asked when did you notice the bird poo
reply     just after you left
me    why did you not let me know then

no reply Just what do they expect after 10 days
i even cleaned the poo of her back door

If it's a new or old customer I would just give her the benefit of the doubt and do it again I know what you're saying and it is frustrating but obviously if she does it again then you can work take a different approach perhaps a not a problem ideally we prefer you to call me for us within 24 hours but on this occasion will be right back and get it done no questions asked

this happens fairly frequently in the spring/summer months.....just cleaned the windows a few days ago and customers says "bird muck on windows again now!" ;D

we normally have a bit of a laugh about it,i get paid.....and dont return until next clean is due..... :)
