Any ideas what the staining is?
Possible from the grey above or a gutter or drainage issue?
And as suspect coated reflective glass any ideas on removal ?
Thanks in advance

Why not just be honest and say that you would probably not be able to remove stains like those (if that is true)
That's what I say, and it gives the customer the option of accepting it or getting another opinion. No loss either way.

Sod that mate, run like the roadrunner....meep meep ;D

They will come clean eventually. Use a brush with natural bristles to prevent more runs as some bristles leave the rubber seals bleeching from the frames but not so using natural bristles. I would use a hybrid brush with hogs hair in the centre and nylon on the outer bristles to tackle that problem job.

That looks a bit bad that mate an not sure just water would get it clean..... I seen a conny roof with all lead staining on it, a guy posted a pic on general cleaning, an it came up immaculate, not sure if he will reveal wot he's used tho but worth asking or posting pic in general cleaning an see wot comes of it

Thanks for the replies
I've done a small sample clean and it's looking like bronze pad and Cif cream.
May try stronger chemical before we do the full job.
