Title: Replace EXTEn pole clamp

Anyone know if it is possible to buy replacement clamps for a "EXTEn" extendable pole?

I have messaged the company I bought it from but always good to get experienced views in the meantime.

What is it used for?  Looks like my extendable pole I have for my washing line  ;D
