Lost my first customer because of “water fed pole uses too much water, can you go back to your old way”....  she has some hard to reach windows which I detested on the ladder so I said we should leave it and there’s plenty of others on ladders who would continue to risk it...

Drive round the corner back home and have a nice new lady text me taking me up on a previous quote that was twice the job I binned. Every cloud Ey
