This has probably been asked a 1000 times, but I’ve done a quick search and can’t find anything.
I have a Industrial job I do that has quite bad runs and marks over some of the windows from the metal type cladding above I assume. I have tried scraping them but it has little to no effect. Some are wide runs, almost a rusty effect and others are as if they are coated in limescale or something. Is there anything I can use to remove/improve these?

Don’t it
Is the glass actually etched ?
For limescale use a heavy duty Descaler and pad
You might try oxylic acid for rust removal or brick cleaning acid but this has its own risk regarding damage and h&s
Sometimes the customer has just left things get too bad to clean
Unless it’s big bucks or from r your own experience- move on!

cheers Darran,
I will give it a miss then i think, I have been cleaning them personally for nearly 6 months and the guy i bought the work off has been doing them for 3 years plus, so they obviously aren't bothered. Some of the glass in the buildings has totally blown, i have been told by the cleaners that they have complained to the landlord about it, So if anything is said i will tell them that its gone too far and needs replacing. I have done the insides for the first time last week and it highlighted how bad they were, I was hoping to improve them and bump a slight increase onto the price this time. but it doesn't sound worth it. thank you again for your advice
