im looking for info on how to prices for cleaning newly built house before there are pass over to public

3 bedroom
4 bedroom
flats
any help would appericated

These type of cleans are usually priced per sq ft.

You would need to provide more information on what tasks you are going to be carrying out.

Some of my clients get windows done and others get all the property cleaned kitchens bathrooms etc.
Other factors then have to be taken into account such as, are the windows covered cis 4.
