I have just walked away from cleaning a sisal carpet, and am I glad I did, ive just been reading back on posts on this carpet, well I wouldent call it carpet more floor covering, I walked mainly because of  browning problems but never realsied it shrunk so much 8"  :o :o has any body had success cleaning this and with what method, I have passed a number on to a guy that uses host but would dry fusion be better ?

Granule cleanings the only safe method and even then the results are hardly worth it.

Very right John, Dry Fusion is no use on Sisal either as the pads will just get torn to shreds, I know from experience. A machine for cleaning sisal in a satisfactory way has yet to be invented.
