I had a text today from one of my customers
“ Hi its ...........here are you cleaning the windows this week as its 5 weeks on Thursday thought it was every 4 weeks you were supposed to do them?”
Now usually they are not bothered when I turn up. I have never had as many phone calls from desperate customers.
It has to be ‘ The Beast from the East’
They always call when the sun is shining!

Had 2 customers this weekend ask me to clean this week due to the beast.
Very rare I get asked to clean early.

Cleaned the windows of the customer who text yesterday. They were really filthy so pleased to see me .
I think the txt was just his banter. He is a bit of a joker.
Can’t always get the true intent from a txt .
