Title: Ps and de on pump controllers
Post by: jk999 on March 08, 2018, 09:53:03 pm
Just a quick question I know de means dead end and ps means pressure switch the question  is  if ps is displayed when pump stops does it mean the pressure switch needs changing

No. It means that either the pressure switch has activated (incorrect calibration) or a faulty connection between controller and pump.

if you calibrate manually, we start the first couple of houses at like 30 and let it get through and then drop it to about 22-26 depending on temp outside and it will go from ps to de, for some reason auto has never worked with ours and manual is quicker
