Anyone who is still building with frames needs to get up to date - by about 10 years!

Agreed, I can see why frames have been used with this site though as its a ntlworld homepage but you would be better off having your own hosting or getting rid of them frames.
Frames seriously affect search engines results. :( So not a great example as your offering to sell website services.
