I bought an endoscope years ago and couldn't get it to work with a mobile. Worked with the laptop and showed a decent picture and also has the light built in so would be useful if it easily hooks up to your phone.

I bought a cheap Chinese one on ebay a few years back for about £40 and it blew up one day while on charge!

I got one for fifteen quid. Thought it would be handy. Tried it On various Android devices with no success. The only way to get it to work is on a laptop, which is no good for me. Now sitting in its box gathering dust.

We find the best way to use the cheap w-fi cameras is to use them purely for recording before and after pics. We don't link up to the phone as it seems very hit and miss. They have a wide field of view, we just clip on top of the pole walk along, check the pictures to see what's in the gutter, then just use the mirror. You can download to your computer and get excellent quality puics for customers.
