Title: Recording expenses
Post by: Plankton on February 19, 2018, 10:25:40 am
My mate has got an app where he can just take a photo of his receipt and it logs the info and stores it online for his expenses. Does any of the window cleaning systems have that?

This will be interesting to find out. What app does your friend currently use?
I ask because I was looking through some past receipts and many use heat transfer paper and so many of my old receipts are badly faded. So I've got into a habit of taking a photo of these type of receipts ie, petrol receipts and using this as back up proot

Think you need the main system to run the app and probably expensive.

George software is very good. You can put all your expenses in each day and at the end of the year it gives you a profit and loss account for your tax.

Best £50 I have ever spent on software for my rounds.
