Where do you store your chemicals?
I hired a lock up to store my pressure washer n chemicals. But that's because I couldn't keep them at home with young curious kids about

Slacky, save yourself a fortune and go to a local farm suppliers or swimming pool supply shop for your sodium hypo.
Then bulk buy some surfactant from the net, or bulk buy fairy liquid.
You don’t need to buy anything from Benz, it’s all the same stuff but your putting money in there pocket when you don’t need to. ;)

Ok, cheers. But does agricultural Hypo still sort out lichen and show immediate results?

To think that the Benz Blackwash is the same as hypo is a huge mistake. It has hypo in it but it also has a load of surfectants too.
Their Biowash is very good too.

It sure does!
I’ve been softwasing nearly 2 years now, I buy 12-14% hypo. Loads of fairy, or any surfactant will do, then mix in a 60l barrel. Usually a 3-4% SH mix.
We’ve used this ratio to clean commercial buildings and domestic. Sometimes we make it stronger if needs be.
I use a softwash roller pump (petrol driven) from Ben at Rutland pumps. You can use backpack sprayers though (short term)
There really isn’t much point buying from Benz if all you want is a standard softwash mix.
