Title: Who ELSE works in Cambridge?

Hi,
A friend of mine who lives in a £2 million plus house in Cambridge in the Luard Road / Sedley Taylor Road area (near to The Perse School) is in the market for a window cleaner.

so i guess its just a 2 up/ 2 down terraced house then at that price?

Why do you alway capitalise the word else?
