If you are basically a small self employed business then you can call yourself whatever you like as long as it doesn't mimic someone else in the same area as you. (There is a Kleerview - spelt different ways - window cleaners in just about every town in the UK.)
The only time you will get asked if your business has had a name change is when you complete your annual tax return.
If you have a company registered at companies house, then this is a different matter.

Same as above, don't need to worry about it until you do your next tax return.
But if your changing your name, don't you fancy something different altogether?
I went from "Nathan's window cleaning service" to
"NKservices" (which implies more than just cleaning windows)
