As a Newbie window cleaner, and EX IT professional - I built my own site before even doing any windows!!!
Feel free to check it out. If any of you guys have anything to offer in exchange, whether it be surplus kit, training, (unwanted cleans in the sutton / cheam / worcester park / surrey area!!!) whatever, maybe i can do you a site in exchange!! check it out, any comments / ideas welcome, as are offers for a free site build.
Cheers,
Grant.
http://www.eco-wash.co.uk is my site!
ps. forgot to mention, when on the site click on the contact us link, and then click on the email function - check out what it puts in the subject header!!! well, you gotta have a sense of humour to do this havent you!
All mails sent by customers are forwarded to my personal mail, which i pick up every evening.

Nice well laid out site and yes I do like the subject line in the contact email ;D
My only problem with your site is that you seem to be selling on price too much. My advice would be to push professionalism, reliability, legitimacy, quality etc. This sets you apart from the "cowbows" and should allow you to command premium prices for your work. If you set about trying to get work on price in window cleaning you will really struggle to make a reasonable living.
It's your business so do with it what you feel fit but too many folks go in to the business at cheap prices and just dont last.
EG.. My prices are generally 50 to 100% more than the so-called going rate around here.. and there are window cleaners coming out of our ears but there is still a very healthy market for a quality service at premium prices.
Hope this helps

Very nice site, you can do one for me if you like. ;D ;D
I agree with Andrews comments on the pricing market, Unless you work in the rain, I would be carefull on offering a 12 cleans in advance contract,
If someone pays 12 months in advance then written contracts must be in place, and if you can't live up to your end of the bargain, due to bad weather, you can leave your self wide open for the compensation searchers.
Add the clause in your contract regarding the weather.
and if your wfp and work in the rain, I'll just crawl back into my computer and hide. ;D ;D ;D
By the way good luck with your new venture, there are loads of great guy's and gals on here who are always willing to help. 8)

Grant, nice site but bit surprised at your top right picture showing a window cleaner
stretching out, this is a def ' NO, NO' according to the advise of the HSE. I would
remove it.
The other picture has a ladder stand off, haven't seen one of those before so can't
comment on it's safe use.
Otherwise nice and neet.
