apparently theres no danger in cleaning solar panels with WFP........if there was they would already have legislation in place restricting the cleaning of the panels in the first place.....
end of discussion.... ;D

Well said that man.

All the company’s and engineers I’ve spoken to have said it’s perfectly safe to pole them but the industry expert knows best 😂😂😂😂😬😬
-
If I were to do any of these, I'd buy a glass fibre pole just for these jobs.

I'd sub it all out, that way I wouldn't get my hands dirty or frazzled.

Is that your leading expert opinion! :D
You're not going to be running a course on that, are you?? ;D

I'm all for listening and learning from those that have more experience in the business.... But the attitude and tactics is below par and I'm now glad I never parted with £220. They clearly have nothing to offer this forum and should consider signing out!

I've shattered quite a fair few solar panels whilst cleaning them and nearly got fried twice, but I didn't die. So naturally I will just continue to carry on charging a fortune cause I can and will continue cleaning them. If any more should shatter my old excuse of a faulty panel will continue to save my hide.
And by the way, this is a load of tosh and just wondered if Steve or his buddies were ready to hit the print button. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

I had an interesting discussion with the owner of a large electrical company recently. They've fitted hundreds of solar panels over the last ten years and their customers have been asking for him to clean them. So, he's bought a large cherry picker and pressure washes them. I asked if this was safe and he told me that they were almost indistructable. ::)roll

I've got a tenner on SS being one of the 3 subscribers 😁

A pickup truck over them and fit them in a swimming pool. Must be different specs but I wouldn't thought they were that hardy.

Hoping he might of been banned so don’t think he will be replying

That is the industry standard - the people i do work with also demonstrate their panels with a pick up truck - i think i mentioned it a year of so ago
perhaps Steve's clients get bulk inferior panels to save money ?
