When is gardiner going to get into this? ;D
Xline just released a brush with internal 9 jetted rinse bar, it does look good to be honest, although I do think gardiner could do a better job.
Come on Alex. Get the professors in the lab to sort out a prototype. ;D

I reckon those 9 jets of the rinse bar could be integrated into the brush more, rather than a tube stuck inside the bristles, and perhaps angled to spread water to the edge of the bristles.

Why is it needed 2 jets seams to work fine to me ?

Gardiner do have a concept which allows the user to adjust it to their liking if memory serves me well, which i doubt haha. But its with fan jets i think.
Its easy enough to adapt a brush with a bissel rinse bar which you can angle the stream just above the bristles of the brush.

Why is it needed 2 jets seams to work fine to me ?
It does work fine, but the rinse bars seem much quicker.
Rinse within a few seconds even on hydrophobic glass, and people are saying it uses less water as a plus, which is always nice.

Every time I’ve seen a video of those x line rinse bars some of the jets aren’t even pointing straight!
Personally I use the 3mm pencil jets and find they work a treat for me causing a bigger spread of flow on the glass without the spray bouncing back off.
Sounds strange but using them with a relatively high flow I still don’t use a lot of water and get through my work quicker as less rinding with the wave they create!

2 at the edges, and 2 closer to the centre.
I’ve had my supreme brushes for about 6 months now and I’m feeling like a change. ;D

Current jets setups do work fine but wouldn't it be nice to have some different options, break up the boredom factor and have a new toy to play with.
I keep checking the "what's new" section on gardener's only to be disappointed.
The next revolutionary thing is waiting to be discovered! Even if it means uprating pumps etc.

yep.i bought 8 gardiner brushes the other week and with VAT and delivery it cost me £240.......(£30 each)
i shouldnt have to buy any brushes for a few years though...

I have recently tried loads of different jet setups including:
Red fan jets
Wide fan jets
2x2mm plus 2x1.4mm on the inner holes (4 jets in total).
4x 1.4mm jets (4 jets in total)
2 x 3mm jets
Also a 14 inch brush with 4x 1.4mm pencils.
To be honest, I just prefer my normal size Xtreme natural hybrid brush with the standard 2x2mm jets on a fairly high flow, or sometimes, the red fan jets. For me, it's the best mixture of speed, control and a quality finish.

Couldn't agree more, always thought it more practical having jets spaced better. Given up using jets and fans all together now. Rinse bar on constructor brushes , Tucker brushes and Gardiner brushes, converted and never going back to 2,4, 6 pencil/fan jets.

Gardiners will have a top rinse bar coming out in a few weeks, hopefully, i think the prototype is just coming of the production line, i think it will be adjustable and can be retro fitted (not too sure about that bit)

I normally cut across the top seal left to right cleaning the top line and then start with the up n down cleaning a whole brush width below the seal, so your not brushing the water back onto seal causing any possible spotting issues. This way ive found for myself anyway, makes it just as quick. Same technique when using my 6 jetted brush as well mind you

I just find it a little frustrating going slowly with the brush during agitation when I can normally just "get on with it".
I found the same with the hybrid extreme on Friday, you have to "be careful" with it!
I like my super-lite compact the best as it doesn't splay unless you push a lot, this is much better for frames as i think a brush that splays on the frames is useless for the way I like to clean, Only thing is after using a lighter brush the compact feels a bit heavy-ish, not much but a little.
I tried the wife's medium mixed ultimate (yellow one) and think its close enough to the compact for scrubbing yet lighter. Can see that being my next brush.

I’ve been saying the same for years.
High flow with 3mm jets.
Causes a big fat spread of water to fall down the glass.
No splash back.
The water is ‘heavy’ so bits of dirt fall down the glass quicker.
I find these rinse bars do t create enough heavy water flow down the glass to rinse fast enough.
I find the same with fan jets, they don’t rinse as quickly.
3mm jets are like pouring a jug of water down the glass, it’s quick and washes the dirt off very quickly.
Whereas fan jets and rinse bars don’t create that same heavy water effect. I’ve tried all methods and all flow rates and for me 3mm jets at high flow win hands down ;D

I was always a fan jet man as I never liked the bounce back by smaller pencil jets but 3mm it’s exactly like u say a jug poring down the glass you can see the wave washing the bits of dirt down the glass even after you’ve finished so there’s less rinsing and over time I’ve trusted it more and more to do much less rinsing and it works a treat working faster!!

Exactly!
I find that rinse bars and fan jets don’t produce enough weight to the flowing water, so it actually takes LONGER to rinse!

What on earth are you guys cleaning if you need a waterfall of gushing heavy water.
You must be cleaning some utter filthy houses all the time

pencil jets give more flow than fan jets of same size. Larger pencil jets give a better flow so the extra volume of water helps pull the dirt down easier. Rinse bars are slowly getting there as well. I have a new rinse bar which fans the entire length so I can increase the water flow and that's just as good and consistent along the entire length of the brush. Whatever works for your own individual personal preference

Yeah, same here. I like playing around with different setups, but for me, I really like the 3mm jets. Just like you say. Works a treat 👍🏼

I'm halfway through perfecting a rinsebar - similar spread to 4 fans - but seem to get more water in the centre of the bar rather than the edges. Mine has 19 or 21 holes along the length of the pole hose I'm using as an experiment. Any clues why?
