Title: Adding a Signature to your posts!

Does anyone know how to add a signature at the end of your posts, Ive seen other members do it but can't work out how?

At the top of the page it should say.....  ‘hello Jim-1’ click on that and it should take you  into your  personal profile in there you can edit your signature  (profile- edit profile)
