Hi. I'm just starting and because I'm keep pracitising to be more and more effective so my prices are lil bit lower than average in my area. Not too low obviously but I was suprised when I gave a really good quote and my customer ask " I thought that you calculating per hour not per meter " Does anyone has some bad reaction for good quotes? Also what would you recommend for get rid off moss from roof?

Bad customer reactions come as a result of displaying lack of confidence IMO.

£2 per meter? You need to rethink your pricing, you should be charging atleast £80 for a standard 3 bed semi, and really, a lot more for anything gutter related . Especially if you are using ladders...

It's not like that. I have experience with customers when I was jointer so it's not about that. I've explained why it's like that and afterwords she was happy.

I once had a customer chase  me out of her house with a broomstick after I quoted £12 for a bungalow with a small conservatory. I think she must have been living back in 1970s!
