Title: non setting mastic , help needed.

Hi guys.
I have two custys who have had flood proof patio doors fitted, and when i done the first clean i realised
the mastic had not set so cleaned them trad style so not to contaminate wfp gear ,
thought i had solved it but custys clean the windows themselves in between  cleans smothering the glass
with this mastic. :'(
any idea what i can use to permanently solve this problem?

solvent base cleaner

get from any upvc suppliers

Or the cheaper route , and tell the custie to leave the feckin window cleaning to the pro's  ;D ;D ;D
