does anyone know what im doing wrong here, ive set up george & pocket g but some debts i've collected & noted in george have turned up in pocket g as debts i owe the customer & i cant find a way of correcting it as the records are ok in george. also the online back up says the network is unreachable :'(
if anyone can help before my head explodes i will be v gratefull. i've tried emailing george

Have you checked the settings for when you sync with the pc. You can set what over rides each other i.e. pc over pocket or vice versa.

how / where do you find the settings to change?? are they on pc or palm?  sorry to be dense

Are you sure you have not ticked paid on the pc and on the palm at the same time and then done a hotsinc because in reality you would , as far as george is concerned  , have been paid twice for a job

If this is correct you will have to go into the job history and delete one of the offending payments because it will appear twice
