i have a few of these.i just clean the top part of the window with wfp.if the customer is home  ill offer to clean them from the inside but they never take me up on the offer. :)

I just wash the top half and rinse loads so the water fully covers the glass at the bottom when running down and wash the outside of the glass balcony bit too. Iv never offered to go in and clean it as then it could cause problems in the future as in -
‘ only clean when I’m in ‘

With these types of windows i explain to the customer that i treat the outside of the glass panel as a window and wash the top part of the window and the outside of the glass panel.
