Banner Energy Bull 135ah
It’s absolutely fantastic. The best leisure battery I’ve ever used for wfp. It just keeps going and going.
I’ve had many different makes over the years, from Halfords to Higher end ones.
This banner battery is the same size as the Halfords 115ah ones, but the quality is second to none, highly rated online and I must say it’s powering my pumps and electric reel with ease for days without needing a charge. Plus it’s cold, so it’s been even more impressive.

Gotta link by any chance?

I wouldn't leave it for days! I was told years ago to maintain the charge to keep them healthy otherwise it'll shorten the life span/performance

Too expensive

Buy it nice, or buy it twice.
I’ve got no problem in spending out an extra £30 or £40 if they are going to give you more lifespan and reliability.
I always found yuasa batteries to be the best, but can’t seem to get any high amp ones these days.

i have the same battery on a split charge, have never bench charged it yet in well over a year.

I bought one of these that's now been in daily use for nearly two years:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/12V-34AH-33AH-35AH-36-Holes-Lucas-LSLC-34-12-AGM-GEL-GOLF-TROLLEY-BATTERY/190628054861?epid=2255535498&hash=item2c6251474d:g:rFQAAOSwtnpXlf1G
No issues with it going flat ever and it's light enough to easily take out and charge every night.
AGM batteries seem rather more reliable than the leisure batteries I've used in the past.

That banner looks good I’ve had 2 110 amp ones before, you should never get trouble powering 2 pumps when split charged with any old make. The real comparison of batteries if when your powering a diesel heater as well as pumps,if the batteries are of poor quality watch the amps just drain away on the flow controller when you turn the engine off. The other batteries I had that were reliable were gel ones they held a charge longer.

They look a descent battery. Mine cost around £75 but happy to spend more on one.
Its funny how we can spend a lot on either a van system or brushes n poles etc, which admittedly are the main tools but then skimp on the main item relied to power them all.

As soon as it dips below 12.6 volts, it gets a smart charge.

It’s the best I’ve used, and the reviews back it up, I’m glad I spent a bit more than usual, it seems an absolute solid work horse of a battery.
It just seems to have bags of capacity, I’m sticking with banner from now on!

Banner are renowned for being top notch.
I had a scrapper which I paid a fiver for and used for two years back when I charged every night before split relay.
