I have a pure freedom system in my shed but it’s just stopped producing water, can’t put my finger on why, water is going through the water softener ok but that’s as far as it goes, can’t hear it going through the pre filters or R/O/resin, I unplugged all electrics to produce manually like I used to but still nothing, any ideas or is it something ridiculously stupid that I am/not doing?

Where’s the water going after your softener then if it’s not getting to your prefilters? It must be going somewhere.
Rather than ‘listen’ to where you think the waters getting to, can’t you unclip connectors at various points so you know where the waters getting to?
Be much easier to work out the problem...
(It wasn’t uber cold in your shed last night was it?)

Heater was on in the shed. It’s stopping at the First pre filter but can’t understand why, got doused a couple of times last night trying to locate the problem at 11pm, that was enough for one day, shall take the whole system apart this morning :(

Did you sort your system out ?
If yes what was the problem ?

I think Blackadder suspected a dodgy solenoid valve mentioned on another thread. If it is then its more likely an issue with the float switch in the tank or a power supply problem.

If it's hoselock fittings then perhaps the non return valve is frozen solid inside the connection. Check each connection one after the other in sequence. Colder water slows down production and even filters slow down the longer you use them without changing as they eventually clog up. Good luck finding your stoppage.
