Hi all
I have a request from an existing client (Commercial) to quote for a building in the above area (as i'm coming out of W/C residential due to a new job I will sub-contract out all of my commercial)
If someone would like to quote for it on a monthly and bi-monthly rotation I will look to sub-contract the work out to someone from here.
There are however a few stipulations if i win the contract:
£1 million liability insurance as a minimum
WFP an advantage
Quote needs to include the cleaning of internal communal areas
Professional's only need apply - no "i cant be bother today people"
References will be required.
