Looks pretty good!
http://www.windowcleaningwarehouse.co.uk/news/say-hello-to-the-slick-connect.html
-
Certainly worth a try..you buy some first and let us know if there any good ;D
-
Especially if they last longer than the current rectus fittings, they’re deck worth a try
-
However i dont believe the "no more snagging" part thats certainly false advertising
-
At £20 a set i dont think i will bother , i have had the same rectus fittings on pole and hose for 18 months now , not even a drip !
-
And if they dont come with a water stop facility like the rectus what good will they be if you dont have a tap on the reel hose ?
-
can you already buy them:

I will definitely be buying some of these!
-
had mine delivered today
-
Hmm. I'll try them but that's more than double what I pay now.
Last twice as long, be twice as good or forget it.
-
£15.00 for moulded plastic. I’m out.

had mine delivered today
Any good? Pics? Videos?
Yes they’re more expensive, but I’d happily pay the extra if they’re good.
-
Just had one delivered, first impressions....a little stiff to connect ( although may become easier once in use) and larger than i expected
-
i use rectus 26 and generally ive been happy with them but they do disconnect sometimes which is annoying plus their quite heavy.if these are are lighter and just as hardwearing and dont disconnect themselves they could be a winner.
-
I dont know my phones , but that looks bloody massive , i was thinking it was going to be like univalve size !
How the fook is that not gonna snag ::)roll
-
It does look quite big , what’s the chances of it cracking with being dropped multiple times of stood on ? How hard wearing is it I wonder
-
All i can see is a smooth return to Hozlock territory .
I assume that one part goes on main hose and other goes on pole hose ?

really?hozelock?do you use these as your pole hose to main hose connection?
-
Is there a video to this
-
Yes the lack of a vid showing its use would have been a very good idea !
I was under the impression that it was of similar size to the univalve , that you could connect it either between main hose and pole hose , or use it in a hoseless type set up where it would go up inside pole .
So i am really not sure now if it would be of any use to me at all ?
This is how i am set up , male and female rectus go up through pole as it is extended ...
