I only want my windows cleaned once every 6 months over the winter???

Due to the volume of rain were having the windows stay realy clean over the winter??

its up to you whether you want to take them up again in the spring.if you do tell them it will be double the normal charge due to all the extra dirt and set a date/a month you ll start back (say march for example).

Its funny how some people can be.
Ive had people ask in past, is it seasonal work? Do you stop for winter?
Do your windows stop getting dirty in winter? Is my usual response!

I have one customer tho who at the very start tell me she doesnt have her windows cleaned in December, for some strange reason (perhaps to get out from the pressure of having to tip n how much 😂)   but i dont mind that and shes been a great customer for over 7 years

How do you even do that when winter is only 3 months long?

Another funny one I get from time to time is when a customer says, "Can you only do them once a month from now on, things are a bit tight at the moment."
"Not a problem." I say, and carry on doing them as per usual as I'd been doing them once a month from day one.  And they never seem to notice.

I have a handfull that don't have them cleaned from October to March.  But they are solid customers through the summer and I can accomodate them.  I'd prefer they didn't do it but just as there are some who like 4 weekly, 8 weekly and even 12 weekly, there are those that don't want them done through the winter.

I have about six or seven winter drop off customers, they skip about 3 cleans and give me a two clean tip, don't honestly know why
they don't want them cleaned over the winter months as it doesn't save them a lot of money but I'm certainly not dumping them.
Have had others who where looking the same but where also messers over the summer months so they where quickly dumped.

I had one very similar on monday of this week.
After i cleaned windows;
" caught me off guard, your early!"
"No im a week late as ive rescheduled my work around, but next time will be the usual 4 wks"
"Oh No, dont want 4 weeks can you make it longer like it used to be"

😂😂  its always been 4 weeks for last 5yrs

Another one that makes me laugh is when they say they want them done every 8 weeks.  Then when you turn up, they say, "Where have you been. Thought you'd packed up."  If they say it more than once I've switched them to 4 weeks on occasion.  They obviously want to see you more frequently.

Waste of time I'd just say I'll put you back an extra month or every other time but that's all I'm offering or it's no viable for me.
