guys I read on another thread that guys who do first cleans go up the ladder clean the frames the first time then water pole them to avoid dirt on the glass.
Why do this --- why not just wash it twice
was only wondering whats the purpose of this exercise
can anyone explain

Hi Jinky,
I only use the ladders on first cleans if the sill are very dirty (green algae and grime) and they are on the first floor or above as it is difficult to see if we have cleaned them thoroughly.
If you have any tips to avoid using the ladders please share.
best wishes,
Trev

Hi Trev,as you know i make and sell brushes and there are a few to choose from but i am always looking and testing out new ideas and i am about to start on a new brush with bristles at the bottom of the brush so as to clean the sills without adjusting the pole neck,Gaz ;)

Think you would be onto a winner ther Gaz.
I can't see from the ground what the finish is like, I can see the frames obviously, but not the sills.
The normal soft brush doesnt seem hard enough for the job so a bristle/soft brush would be great.
Keep us posted please,
cheers,

That sounds good, First clean to me is the important one, first impresion for the customer & flying on the second clean. ;D
