Your down to earth, couldn't care less attitude is brilliant and has me in Stitches!
And my god that thing you called a sill brush, how on earth did you manage to clean anything with it ;D

It's 5 brushes for 40 odd squid dry clean ;D
Don't worry Chris that sill brush won't be thrown away yet. It still has life, will use it for connys and fsg after all I wouldn't want to wear out my "new" brushes would I ;)

Quality Thompson pro cleaning, love the down to earth commentary, just realised your Adam angler of t'other site, do u still power wash or just concentrate on windows, I find loaded washer up a ballache, don't know wether to carry on with p/w or just stick to glass, for the extra faffing about

Aye thats me.
As you may know i started out valeting cars, then did carpets, p/w, guters, connys etc.
Found it all a ballache like you say, loading this, unloading that, remembering everything, flying all over shop and after all the fannying about being no better off money wise.
So now im windows only, i still have most of the other gear but i could never find jobs big enough to warrant messing about, most of my work is average houses, they have small patios and drives etc and being tight (like me) i found most customers were not willing to pay the prices i needed to make it worthwhile so i dont bother anymore.
In fact i deliberately bought a small van recently so that i cant fit any of that crap in if i wanted to :) much easier working from a tidy van with a minimum of gear. Get up clean some windows and come home, nice and simple.

Yes exactly what I've found out, I do enjoy power washing, but people want it doing for buttons like you say time fannying about you think I'd have earnt more and easier on the glass

Ha ha thats a drastic change, i went from a scudo to a partner but still no where near as much room.
Gutter vac work is really hard, so is FSG work, carpet cleaning you really sweat like a pig and pressure washing i enjoyed but you end up covered in crap along with the van. nah, none of its worth it really, window cleaning is easier on the body.
