Wouldn't do it personally on a one off basis, but if I had to I'd want £75.00
-
Why wouldn't you want to do it?

Stacked with regular work.

£40-£45 for a regular 4 weekly clean so £80 for a one off, but i hate one offs as its not regular work so probably £90-£100 just to make it seem worth it.

Agree with josh, £40-£45 regular or x2/x3 one off depending on how dirty/if l want to do it or not.
Norh wales area, may cost more/less other areas.

ive got a few properties like this.they are some of my best hourly rates on my round.i have 2 that are right next to each other.i charge £40 each for a 6 weekly clean and clean both in an hour so £80 for 60 mins work.(they both have slightly less windows than the ones in the photos).
as a one off id go in at £80 and expect to clean them in an hour working at full flow and brisk pace.bear in mind you ll need at least a 30ft pole to reach the 3 storey windows at the front.

OK thanks guys. I priced it at £85 for a 1 off. And £60 regular.
Just wanted to see how my pricing was compared to others :)

Nice C63 parked up I wouldn't skimp on the price some of those prices wouldn't half fill up that car with fuel 😂

I wouldn't worry about what others are charging as it all depends on areas.... ;)

I know it is difficult to see from a photo but that doesn't seem normal "one off" material as in the frames look quite clean.
