Title: student accomm contract

Hi All

Just wondered if anyone had a contract they use for student let cleans, the terms can't be the same as office/commercial really.

I assume you are dealing with some sort of management or property company rather than individual students.

Assuming my above assumption is correct, then it should be a normal contract stating what you will do , where, when and for how much etc in addition to all your other normal terms and conditions.

The fact that it is student accomodation and is probably minging is not really an issue at all

its just the frequencies are all different through out the year, it's the hospital that are renting the properties from landlords for students to live in. i invoice the accomm manager at the hospital.
its just awkward to word.
