We have a lot of chat on here about best or quickest chemical or detergents for gutter/fascia n soffit cleans.
Personally ive found chemicals or detergents mostl slow me down due to the extra work. Soaking, applying and a tonne load of rinsing. Ive found that sometimes a good brush and hot water is all thats needed.
Infact, done a very quick video to support this claim. But to point out a couple of things!
This isnt a gutter /fascia clean. Its very dirty and low level so i filmed cleaning just the edge with one hand holding camera and one holding brush. (Harder than sounds)
Ive turned sound off as when i played it back im sniffling too much (caught cold of my kids) .

Doesn't matter how hot your water is it won't remove certain stains from f/s/g.
Only a good quality chemical will.
The 2 most common stains are grey weathered patches underneath the dirt and tiger stripes.
Even the best chemicals struggle with tiger stripes, no way will hot water alone get rid of them.

i usually just squirt a bit of virosol on my brush if the f/s/g s are really dirty.if their not too bad then just normal cold pure suffices.never noticed a time difference between hot or cold pure TBH.
an average 3 bed semi(windows and f/s/g)typically takes me around an hour(using hot or cold water) and id charge £50 for fascias,£10 windows.im happy with that.

Nice video Nathan but no different to using cold and a chemical would have got the dirt off around the brackets.
