Hi all, a bit disillusioned at moment. Got me loan sorted out for going to wfp then couldnt get van insurance cos I can only have one set of no claims discount on the car. Been quoted between 1 and 2 k for a new policy with no no claims! Had to cancel me loan so I'm still crawling about on tiled roofs! To top it off a customer I have had for 3 yrs cancelled yesterday for no reason at all. Did a great job, never put me prices up and called back again and again to catch them in for payment! Makes me wonder if window cleaning really is a robust enough business to invest in anyway! Never mind - i'll be up me ladder again tomorrow!

Here we go mate 0870 751 8121 , i was having the same probs as you , i now pay £550 fully comp for a 2001 vw transporter

Make sure you ask them about mirroring your no claims .

Customers do sometimes cancel for no apparent reason but in their mind the reason is valid. It happens.
The thing to do is to always be getting more business. We used to spend at least half a day leafleting every week. Bit by bit you'll pick up new work. It's a numbers game. Leaflet enough houses and they will be phoning you.
Stick at it.
Cheers

I got a decent deal from them too and they are OK about a water tank in the vehicle. I got a much cheaper deal from them for a Renault Trafic than another company gave me for a Ford Escort. In fact, I am getting a bit more for my money as it includes a couple of extras.
