Hi all, this guy where I am is selling 65 jobs totalling 765 every 6 weeks , advise needed what do you ask him about it.
I have asked if good payers , are they good streets etc

Prices
Access issues
Do you let them skip cleans
Do you work in the rain
How long u had it

Whatever else u can think of

It will rarely be a good fit as everyone works differently. The question is how far you are prepared to adapt or how long you are prepared to give the customers to adapt.
If you are picky about what you take on, be prepared to lose a third of them by dropping or being dropped. If you're not so picky, it might be as low as 5%.

Why are you selling this work would be one of my first questions.

Get a statement of the accounts i.e how many times have they been cleaned in the past 24 months, payment issues,, lateness, non payers, skips, add ons. i.e connies, fsg, etc,etc.... if you're buying he should have all of this.....plus everything else mentined here.....Buyer beware.
