How much can you change on it yourself?
Your site seems to be showing up pretty well for your target location in Abergele, you are top in the google my places, up there in there twice in the top 6 results, once in a yelp listing then your organic ranking.
The problem that i reckon you are having is that Abergele is a very small place and there will be hardly any searches for window cleaners in your area. You need to check analytics for actual traffic before you make decision.
I target a much bigger area than your do and get very little from it, so with that small town youve no chance.
What you need to is change or add more areas that you cover, if you only work in that small town then there not much else you can do.
one thing i would say is if you are only interested in Abergele you might as well learn to build your own site on wordpress and pay a about a fiver a month for hosting. It would be really easy to rank with very basic seo.
The site you have is quite nice looking, but it not worth 78 quid a month especially since you wont get a return on that.
EDIT: sorry i noticed your site mentions, rhyl, prestayn, llandudno as well, these are bigger areas and would be good keywords to focus on, however your site only mention them once in a paragraph which wont be good enough to rank given that competion for those keywords is likely to be higher.
Depends what you can and cant change, i would have a page for each location optimise the seo for each, the usual page titles, h1 tags and meta etc. Im guessing you cant really make any proper changes though.

thanks Adam
yeah its not paying for itself, Ive had more custom from facebook paying £25 for adverts x2.
lm stuck with it now though and would like more from it.
you've gone a little over my head with h1 tags and meta, whats these?

I try to stay away from bugger areas.
Smaller areas - richer rural areas/bigger posher domestic houses - these jobs generally come by recommendation anyway.
I've found one job often leads to another and then another, of the course of some years.

Why's that?

I suppose what lm looking for is design and wording advice, what pictures should be up there.
How do l add links? Would it be beneficial to have a short video or 2?

Not a fan of buggery.

In my honest opinion your website is rubbish. I would personally try and get out if it (however you can). No amount of tweaking is going to make this good. Sorry to be blunt!
If you can't get out of it, then you will have to pay the monthly fee and put it down to experience.
I would also contact Nat and get him to build you a whole new site (he does monthly payments). OK so you'll have 2 payments but at least one website will be working for you and may counteract some of the cost of the other one.
You did ask.

Cheers robbo!
Thanks for being honest, l knew as much myself l just would like some ideas as to how l can make something better of it.
Cant see how l can get out of it now as lm in a contract for 12 months so l reckon lm stuck unless someone knows of a way out?
Defo dont want to spend more so if lm stuck with it l may aswell try to make the most of it, it has brought me some work but not enough to pay for itself which is crap!

OK if you really want to do this:
Home page:
Logo sits there way tooooo long. Just use the first pic straight away and place the logo down by the text.
On the home page you need to add the info:
You clean wfp and traditional... or not.
your frequency of clean 4 weeks or 8 weeks etc
you clean frames, sills and doors every time
Your quality guarantee (that you reclean for free)
Payment options, cash, cheque or bacs
etc etc. Think what the customer wants to know.
Domestic window cleaning section:
Get rid of that skyscraper pic!!!!
Just put in a nice little domestic property. Let them know that your prices are affordable.
Commercial window cleaning section:
Get rid of that cheap cafe looking pic!!!!
Put in a pic of a proper commercial building. Do you offer rams, cleaning out of hours, proper invoicing, minimal disruption to office workers and clients?
Overall:
I don't know about the area of Abergele, but you need more pics that reflect the area (so that people can relate to it). Both domestic and commercial. Your text is very repetitive and without much substance. eg. how long have you been going, are you established, how many staff do you have, are they all trained blah blah blah more facts more facts more facts.
Do you know any business friends, get them to look at your website and give their honest opinions.
You don't need to be technical at all. Just send a list of changes to yell and tell them to do them. You will need to send them pics as well. And be exact about what you want. Unfortunately these people are idiots and you need to treat them as such.
Sorry to be harsh.
Have a look at your competitors websites and see what they do. What do you like, write it down and use it. After all you could be a customer too.

Cheers robbo!
Can do a lot of this myself on self edit, l hope.
