Title: 6 jets on a dual trim 14" brush (update)

As title, so if not fussed then dont click on the thread!   ;D

For ones who are interested, its been the best setup ive used for a while.

To disperse thinking that water would only be trickling out using a sureflow 5lpm 100psi pump;

Obviously it may not be suited for everyone, but the wider brush and a good even spread of water does make a difference to the speed you can work at and the energy you save.  Dont believe me, all I can say is give it a go and see.

Hi Nathan,
                         how much water are you using a minute ? What size jets are they ?  Think I might give that a try .

Brush n jets ordered from soap national. The brush comes with 6 hole locations and simply uses quick screw jets. Then i used the cross (4 holed) push fit to secure them and allow easy water flow. Im guessing they are 1mm jets.
Water per minute ive not calculated.

 I also use 4 jets and it's better  than 2 on a extreme

                                             I have used 4 x 1.4mm jets from Gardiners but found that the water was coming out too slow when I turned my brush to the side on the uppermost jet. I will experiment some more with smaller jets.

What pump do you have and is it van mount or trolley??
I have 4 jets on a 12inch brush on a trolley and it just about copes.

Also ive found its how you connect them up, helps

I have 150 psi pump Flojet . I use 100 metres of the Gardiners orange pole hose.  After saying that I have started to "Up" my flow from 25 to 90 and it works so much better. My system is a  4x4 setup with the webastco heater.
  My Bissell spray bar came the other day so I need to fit that and see what that is like. I may well close every other hole with a hot knife and hope that will give better coverage on the glass.
